Skills

Capabilities, not
dependencies.

A Skill is a behavioral module that gives your AI agent specialized expertise for a specific domain. The same agent becomes your branded content writer, CRM operator, or financial analyst — no new tools, no new subscriptions.

01

User sends a request

A message, a file, a task — anything

02

Agent reads the SKILL.md

Persona, workflow, domain constraints load into context

03

Specialist output delivered

On-brand, on-format — no re-prompting required

Your business logic is encoded once, not re-prompted every session. The standards you've developed become part of the system — accessible on demand, consistent every time.

Common questions

What is an AI Agent Skill?

A Skill is a Markdown file (SKILL.md) that loads into your AI agent's context at the right moment, giving it specialized expertise for a specific domain. The same agent becomes your branded content writer, your CRM operator, or your financial analyst depending on which skill is active.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Skills are written in plain Markdown. If you can write a procedure document, you can write a skill. The Build tier handles all technical installation.

Do I need to complete the Audit before a Build?

Not required — but recommended for operators who are new to skills. If you already have a clear picture of which skills you need, we can go straight to the Build.

Who owns the skills after delivery?

You do. Every custom skill built for your operation belongs to your business. The files live in your environment, not ours.

How is this different from prompt engineering?

Prompts are typed fresh each session. Skills encode your logic once — then activate automatically when the right condition is met. The difference is having a trained employee versus re-explaining the job every morning.
